Services Eligible for Refund
Refunds may be available for fees paid for our informational support services under the following circumstances:
- You have not received the informational support service you paid for
- The service was not provided as described
- Technical issues prevented you from accessing the service
- You cancel a scheduled consultation or service before it begins
Refund Window
You have 30 days from the date of payment or service completion (whichever is later) to request a refund for our informational support services.

How to Request a Refund
To ensure your refund is processed correctly, please follow these steps:

- Provide Information: Include the following information in your refund request:
- Your full name and contact information
- Date of payment or service
- Payment method used
- Reason for refund request
- Any relevant documentation
- Review Process: We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
- Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. It may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank.

- Funds Appearance: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
- Apple Pay/Google Pay: Refunded to the original payment method
- Bank Transfer: Refunded to the originating bank account
Non-Refundable Services
The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have been fully completed and delivered as described
- Services where you have received the information or consultation you paid for
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after payment or service completion
- Services where you have already been connected with partner providers as part of the service
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if:
- Only a portion of the service was not delivered as described
- You received partial value from the service
- Circumstances warrant a partial refund as determined by our review process
Telecommunications Service Refunds
Important: Wireless Official Pay does NOT process refunds for telecommunications services provided by third-party partner providers. If you need a refund for a telecom service (internet, phone, TV, etc.), you must contact the service provider directly. We are not involved in billing, refunds, or account management for telecom services provided by others.
Disputes and Appeals
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may:
- Request a review by providing additional information or documentation
- Contact us to discuss your concerns in detail
- If you paid by credit card, you may contact your card issuer to dispute the charge according to their policies
Service Cancellation
If you need to cancel a scheduled service or consultation:
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund available
- Less than 24 hours notice: Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis
- No-show: No refund available
